INFORMATIVA PRIVACY

Come trattiamo i tuoi dati

1. Chi tratta i tuoi dati

Il titolare del trattamento è:

  • Rozalin Makram Kedis Ibrahim
  • Partita IVA 05804620283
  • Padova, Italia
  • Telefono +39 320 610 7707
  • Email assistenza.clienti@spotlesss.it

Per qualsiasi questione sui tuoi dati scrivi all’indirizzo qui sopra.

2. Quali dati raccogliamo e perché

Quando prenoti

Il modulo di prenotazione raccoglie:

  • nome e cognome, per sapere chi incontreremo;
  • indirizzo email, per inviarti la conferma o l’annullamento;
  • numero di telefono, per contattarti rapidamente se qualcosa cambia;
  • indirizzo del servizio e comune, perché è il luogo dove dobbiamo andare;
  • servizio, quantità, giorno e ora scelti;
  • note libere, se decidi di scriverle: ti chiediamo di non inserire qui informazioni che non servono al lavoro, in particolare dati sulla salute o su altre persone;

  • la tua scelta della lingua viene salvata nella memoria locale del browser (localStorage), così non devi riselezionarla ogni volta. Resta sul tuo dispositivo e non ci viene mai inviata;

Protezione antispam (Google reCAPTCHA)

3. Chi vede i tuoi dati

  • Contabo GmbH (Germania, Unione Europea) — il server su cui girano il sito, il database delle prenotazioni e la posta elettronica;

  • Indirizzi IP e registri tecnici: 12 mesi.

Alla scadenza i dati vengono cancellati o resi anonimi.

5. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiederci in qualsiasi momento di:

  • accedere ai dati che abbiamo su di te e riceverne una copia (art. 15);
  • correggere un dato sbagliato o incompleto (art. 16);
  • cancellare i tuoi dati, quando non abbiamo un obbligo di legge a conservarli (art. 17);
  • limitare il trattamento (art. 18);
  • ricevere i dati in formato leggibile da una macchina o farli trasferire ad altri (art. 20);

Scrivi a assistenza.clienti@spotlesss.it.

PRIVACY NOTICE

How we handle your data

Version of 2 November 2026.

This page explains which personal data we collect when you book online, why we collect it, who it is shared with, how long we keep it and what you can ask for. It is written under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Who handles your data

The data controller is:

  • Rozalin Makram Kedis Ibrahim
  • VAT number 05804620283
  • Padova, Italy
  • Phone +39 320 610 7707
  • Email assistenza.clienti@spotlesss.it

No data protection officer has been appointed, because the business does not fall within the cases where Article 37 GDPR requires one. For anything about your data, write to the address above.

2. What we collect, and why

When you book

The booking form collects:

  • your name, so we know who we are meeting;
  • your email address, to send you the confirmation or the cancellation;
  • your phone number, to reach you quickly if something changes;
  • the service address and town, because that is where we have to go;
  • the service, quantity, day and time you chose;
  • free-text notes, if you write any: please do not put anything in there that the job does not need, in particular health information or details about other people;
  • the language you were using on the site, so we reply in the same one.

Legal basis: performance of the contract and of the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). This data is necessary: without it we cannot arrange or carry out the work.

When you use the site

The web server records, as any server does, the IP address of the connection, the date and time and the page requested. We also store the IP address alongside the booking and the booking attempts, to stop a single connection filling the calendar with false requests.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and similar technologies

The public site uses no profiling cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to ask consent for.

We use two technical mechanisms in your browser, both necessary to make the site work, plus the anti-spam protection described immediately after:

  • your language choice is saved in the browser's local storage (localStorage), so you do not have to pick it again. It stays on your device and is never sent to us;
  • a cache of the site's files (service worker), so the page still works on a slow connection.

You can clear both from your browser settings, under site data.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set strictly technical security cookies to tell human traffic from automated traffic. They are not used to profile you and not used for advertising.

The owner's private back office uses a session cookie, but that only concerns the owner signing in: it is never set when you visit the site as a customer.

Anti-spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

The booking form is protected by reCAPTCHA v3, a service of Google Ireland Limited, so that automated programs cannot fill the calendar with false requests. There is no test to pass and no box to tick: the check runs in the background.

To do that, Google receives your IP address and technical information about your device and browser, together with data about how you interact with the page (pointer movement, timings, touch events). Google uses this to work out a score for how likely it is that the request came from a person; all we receive is that score, not the data behind it. Google may associate this information with a Google account you are signed in to, and may set its own cookies. The reCAPTCHA script is loaded from Google only on the booking page and on the owner's sign-in page.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in defending the site against automated abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This involves a transfer of data to the United States, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How the service works is described in Google's privacy policy and terms of service. If you would rather not use reCAPTCHA, you can book by phone on the number at the top of this page: the outcome is the same and no third-party service is involved.

3. Who sees your data

Your data is read by the owner and by the people who actually carry out the work. We do not sell data, we do not pass it to third parties for marketing, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

The following providers support our infrastructure and act as data processors:

  • Contabo GmbH (Germany, European Union) — the server running the website, the booking database and the email;
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, protection and delivery of the site. Traffic may pass through its servers; transfer to the United States is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Google Ireland Limited — reCAPTCHA, the anti-spam protection on the booking form and on the owner's sign-in. It receives your IP address and technical data about your interaction with the page, not the booking itself: your name, phone number, email address and street address are never sent to Google. See the dedicated section above.

Confirmation and cancellation emails are sent by our own mail server, which runs on the same machine: the content does not pass through a newsletter or marketing service. Once delivered, the email sits with your own email provider, under their rules.

Data may also be disclosed to an accountant or to the competent authority where the law requires it, for example for tax obligations.

4. How long we keep it

  • Bookings and contact details: 24 months from the appointment date, so we can help you about work already done and deal with any dispute.
  • Accounting and tax records, where we issue an invoice: 10 years, as required by Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code and by tax law.
  • IP addresses and technical logs: 12 months.

After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

  • access the data we hold about you and receive a copy (Art. 15);
  • correct anything wrong or incomplete (Art. 16);
  • erase your data, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it (Art. 17);
  • restrict the processing (Art. 18);
  • receive the data in a machine-readable format or have it transferred elsewhere (Art. 20);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).

Write to assistenza.clienti@spotlesss.it. We answer within one month. If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome — garanteprivacy.it) or to the authority of the country where you live.

6. Security

The site and the mail travel encrypted (HTTPS and TLS). The database credentials are not inside the site's public folder. Reaching the booking back office needs a username and password, passwords are stored only as hashes, and sign-in attempts are rate limited. No measure is perfect: if a breach occurred that posed a high risk to your rights, we would tell you as Article 34 GDPR requires.

7. Changes

If we change this notice we update the date at the top of the page. Substantial changes will be flagged on the site.
